(Japan) with two pipe marking machines for the new tube mills 7" and 10", which Nakata Manufacturing Co. is building by order of the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (Japan). Our scope of supply includes basic and detailed engineering, production of equipment, its delivery, installation and commissioning. Marking machines are designed for marking pipes with a diameter 60,3 - 177,8mm and 114,4 - 244,5mm and will apply both human-readable marking and 2D Data Matrix codes to the pipes. Also INTELMET will supply a scanner system for marking recognition (both man-readable and 2D codes), a verification system for the marking quality control and will integrate marking machines with mill's Level 1 and Level 2 systems.
