INTELMARK AT-P MARKING MACHINE

The IntelMark AT-P is a rugged, reliable, and effective answer to tube marking requirements. It writes large, clear, easy-to-read characters and machine readable codes at the outer or inner surface of the tube and apply protective coating to protect makring from adverse environmental influences.

The IntelMark AT-P operates 100% unassisted, requiring only occasional refilling and normal cleaning, care and maintenance. It was designed to operate in line, in the extremely harsh and unfriendly environment of steel mills. 

Marking machine can be based on steel constructions with pneumatic or electro-mechanical arrangements, as well as on the basis of industrial robot. Because of its small base and long reach, it can be placed virtually anywhere. It is particularly suitable for installation in existing lines, where usually no modifications of the lay-out are required. 

The system can mark both cold and hot steel, with a temperature be marked surface up to 350°C using standard range of inks, or up to 1200ºC with special paints.
  
Simple and easy to implement interfaces are supplied to connect the machine to existing Level 2 automation systems. However, the IntelMark AT-P can also be used as a stand-alone system. A wide range of communication interfaces allows easy integrating the marking machine with the enterprise information system and receiving the appropriate marking information in real time. 

The machine is designed to work in harsh conditions of metallurgical production with high reliability and low operating costs. IntelMark AT-P operates in fully automatic mode and requires operator intervention only to perform system maintenance, refuelling marking ink and other maintenance works.
