INTELSCAN Reading Systems comprehends a range of automatic and integrated solutions that are designed to automatically read information on the marked products: pipes, tubes, profiles, etc. It reads barcodes, 2D Data Matrix codes as well as man-readable information with any orientation and regardless of the marking technology used (e.g. dot-pin stamping, laser, ink, paint etc…).

The final objective of the vision systems is to automatically track the single product throughout the manufacturing process, so that the quality and characteristics of the final product can be fully guaranteed. INTELMET’s single product automatic traceability provides the company with the necessary process information towards big data analytics. The underlying system of neuro-linguistic algorithms can detect the marking with very high accuracy and minimal errors. Cameras of the recognition system developed specifically for use in harsh industrial environments. Spectral characteristics of the cameras allow them to operate in the visible and in the infrared range, which makes it possible to read and recognize the markings with hot metal, with surface temperatures up to 1200 ° C. Cameras can be mounted on brackets directly on roller tables or on rotary modules under the crane cabs, which allows their use in the identification of crane systems.

The system allows you to read and recognize the mark as with a still and the moving tubes at a distance of 25 meters and with speed up to 300 m/min.
